In this workshop you will discover just how meditation is the most Powerful and Compassionate practice you can do to improve the quality of your well-beingness. Both physically and mentally.
We will also sample some meditation techniques and you will leave with the beginning of your own personal practice.
We live in a world that looks for quick results. A meditation practice most likely won’t give instant gratification. It takes time and consistency. Knowing your WHY is important to being willing to keep the practice consistent is one of Connie’s passions.
