Mindful, Kindful Yoga Workshop in October
October 9th from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM (MST)
The Focus will be on Posture, Immune System and Breathing Exercises
These are part of your own body’s medicine system. They are your own tools to keeping you healthy and have the vitality to live a joyous life.
You will receive a workbook with many of the poses and the reasons behind them so you can stay present to your experience, and also have the information for your own practice.
You will also receive a complimentary one-on-one personalized yoga session.
