The mind-body-spirit connection is one of Connie’s passion in life. Yoga, for Connie, accomplishes all of these.

Yoga helps with balance, flexibility and strength. And guess what!? On all levels of the body, mind and spirit!

And, balance, strength and flexibility are what we lose as we get older if we don’t do something to stop that spiral. You simply cannot remain independent if you lose these capacities.

Why Connie?

She has been practicing and learning about many of the amazing styles of yoga that are offered since she discovered yoga at the age of 16.

Connie’s style has grown to be what she calls “Mindful Yoga” and teaches to help people understand the “why” of the poses and how to incorporate some of the poses in everyday life.

Almost anyone can do yoga!

If you are a person who thinks yoga would benefit you and you would never go to a class, this yoga is for you. Connie teaches yoga online on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. If you can’t participate online you will also receive the recordings. Participation/recordings are $27 per month.
